I opened a checking and savings account recently at Bank of America. I tried to log in, but after I type in my temporary passcode, and after I agree to the Authorization Agreement Statement, it redirects be back to the log-on screen again. I have tried every option available and nothing works. Any advice?
If you have no account activity then it wouldn’t let you log on to review your account.
Another option is to delete all the cookies from your internet!
If that doesn’t help, call 1 800 432 1000. That’s our customer service line!

Definatly go to the bank to get a temp card. Did you verify the address with the online rep? They could have an old address on file. The card does come in a plain white envelope. But if you need a card fast, I’d go to the bank. You’ll have the same pin number and make sure you activate it at the ATM. (:

That card should arrive in 5-7 business days in a plain white envelope. No BOA address or anything. And your pin number is the same one. Just activate your new card at the ATM with your pin number.
